When I think about fall, I get a cozy feeling right away. I think about warm colors, homemade soup, a fuzzy blanket, and TV binging.
In fact, I love fall so much, that for Thanksgiving break, I have no desire to leave the house and go on a family trip. I just want to stay put, enjoy the feeling of home, play boardgames, cook, decorate my house for the season, light scented candles.
Sure, I can do some day trips, but towards the evening there is no other place I'd rather be. Fall is all about enjoying home and the people who make your home meaningful. What is a home for me? The feeling of intimate conversations, laughter in the kitchen, cooking together, sharing memories. Relaxing with your loved ones.
When I photograph Fall Mini Sessions, this is the feeling I strive to create for you when you look back at the pictures. I want to capture the love in your eyes, the twinkle in your kids', the sheer happiness of the moment.
When we capture the moment, it is no more a moment. It become eternity.
